The Technical Vocational Leadership Committee (TVLC) is comprised of various organizations from within the province of Manitoba. These organizations include school divisions, post secondary institutions, government departments, businesses, and manufacturing sectors. Together three or four times a year they share, relevant information regarding vocational training and career opportunities in the province of Manitoba.
